We are seeking an Executive Recruiter to support our Sacramento, California team. The Executive Recruiter produces revenue through the successful placement of accounting and finance professionals and executives with client companies. This role will network and build relationships with prospects, customers and candidates at the local, regional and national level. The Executive Recruiter will manage the interview processes through conclusion.

- Researches and develops sales and recruiting leads.
- Uses creative recruiting techniques to source and attract qualified candidates to fill the client's staffing needs.
- Conducts interviews and reference checks.
- Coordinates client/candidate interviews, prepares and debriefs candidates throughout the interview and placement process.
- Facilitates fee and salary negotiations on behalf of candidate and client.
- Builds a network of professional and executive level contacts within our specialization.
- Regularly and consistently attends networking events.
- Stays current on market trends and innovative recruiting practices.
- Provides and supports creative staffing and search solutions to clients and candidates.
- Analyzes and manages their own book of business.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Role Requirements:
- Natural alignment with the Company's culture and core values.
- One year of accounting/finance direct-hire search experience is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
- Staffing Industry experience is preferred.
- Advanced degree and/or certifications.
- Proven track record of success with both clients and candidates at the professional and executive levels.
- Experience in the accounting or finance field.
- Possesses an aptitude for sales and a desire to begin a sales career.
- The ability to multi-task and work at a fast pace.
- Sound business judgement in selecting techniques and timetables for obtaining solutions and producing results.
- Excellent interpersonal and management skills.
- Superior verbal, listening, and written communication skills.
- Detail oriented and organized.
- The ability to work well in a team environment.
- Committed to providing excellent customer service.
