Overview:
Mark III Construction is hiring! We are looking for a Field Recruiter to network and help target potential candidates in the MEP Industry. This position would report into the Sacramento office, but will oversee all recruiting for Mark III Construction.

Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:

Identify and recruit for all job openings, including MEP field hires

Generate leads through various recruiting channels

Build and maintain relationships with construction professionals

Proactively Identify potential talent that meets Mark III's Core Values

Post jobs to external job boards

Move candidates through the applicant tracking system. Currently utilizing iCIMS Talent Portal

Check in with field teams at job sites to gain insight on potential talent and training opportunities

Work with current field team on employee referrals, as well as employee engagement

Meet up with potential recruits off site as needed

Schedule and coordinate interviews

Set up testing for MEP skill trades candidates

Attend career fairs and other local recruiting events

Create and send out offer letters

Conduct onboarding surveys, exit interviews and some reporting

Qualifications:
Qualifications:

1-2 years of Recruiting/Sourcing experience with construction recruiting experience a plus

Bachelor's Degree preferred
Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills

Effective negotiating skills

High energy with a lot of drive

Knowledgeable in Word, Excel, and Outlook

Knowledge of applicant tracking software programs

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to travel to various project sites

Some occasional travel to our Fresno office

Clean driving record
