Job description

This position involves handling quite a few inbound calls; taking orders from our military agency contracts; checking contract rates to determine pricing; checking dispatch to verify dates; working with the warehouse staff to make sure orders are complete; entering payroll hours for moving staff into our move software per each move; preparing paperwork for military, local and van line moves; making check-calls to our customers to verify arrival times for our crews; computer entry of all jobs into our systems.

Operations Clerk will need to be able to calculate the hours worked each day by our crews - with some workers handling multiple jobs in a day. They'll need to calculate our charges on our bill of ladings - entering the correct rates and summarizing materials, tax, labor hours and valuation costs to determine the COD price for our customers.
