Essential Job Functions

Key Function: E-Learning Management

• Directs effective use of e-learning, web-based, virtual, self-guided, and/or live instructor-led courses for new and existing sales team members
• Collaborates in the design, development, and review of training materials to ensure familiarities with all content
• Ensures e-learning content remains current with all system and/or procedural updates
• Assists with the successful completion of new team member pre-licensing coursework
• Acts as an advocate for insurance agents addressing training and/or informational needs

Key Function: Training Skills

• Demonstrates facilitation skills in small and large group settings
• Delivers training in a live classroom and/or virtual classroom environments
• Review progress and/or actively assists new team members in their understanding of all systems, platforms, policies, and/or procedures involved in selling assorted insurance products
• Other duties as assigned

Desired Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• Requires a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
• Creative problem-solving and critical decision-making skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet timelines

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of Learning Management Systems

• Able to lift 0-10 pounds without assistance
