Key Result Areas

To oversees and directs the full life cycle of the recruiting process. This includes developing recruiting strategies to ensure job openings are filled in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Spearheads campaigns and sourcing initiatives for effective candidate pooling.
Filling job openings using external recruiting agencies, scheduling staff for job fairs and college career fairs, as well as selecting the best sources to advertise job openings and implementing programs to assist the recruiting process.
To oversee managers with recruiting specialists, interviewers and administrative staff within recruiting team. This involves training employees and setting recruiting goals, as well as implementing guidelines to ensure hiring strategies to align with the organization's policies and objectives.
Provide valuable insight on growing industry trends regarding jobs, salaries and other topics related to human resources. Often work with compensation and job development personnel to assist in job analysis, development of salary ranges and employee retention. A Recruitment Director usually works closely with all areas of Human Resources to ensure the quality of services provided to new and current employees.
Financial Budgets - Working with other executives in the organization, the Director plans for long-term staffing needs by creating and maintaining a fiscal recruiting budget. This involves developing a financial plan, projecting expenditures for recruiting needs and allocating funds for recruiting efforts.

Qualification:

Graduation/Post graduation in Human Resources/Social Science/Sociology, Business Studies/Administration or equivalent.

Experience:
10 - 14 years' experience in related field, preferably in the BPO/Call Center Industry.
