Job description
Responsibilities:
Consult and contract with the leadership team to understand their hiring needs.
Directly source candidates for a variety of Technical at various levels.
Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches.
Have the ability to manage customer/partner expectations.
Source passive & active candidates through networking, cold calling, complex internet searches, social media, and on-line research.
Develop extensive candidate pipelines to fill current and future potential needs.
Experience with high touch model of "hosting" candidates for on-site interviews and negotiating the offer through to acceptance.
Ability to develop strategic relationships with the business leaders by identifying business strategies and creating pipelines of talent
Qualifications:
8 to 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting in a corporate environment.
World class headhunter/talent hunter skills are necessary
Financial Services/ Banking industries is a plus but not mandatory.
Proven abilities and tactics to attract passive candidates.
Previous experience recruiting for Technical & Corporate G&A positions.
A clear communicator with strong interpersonal skills who is comfortable driving the hiring process at all levels of management.
Strong customer service orientation and excellent organizational skills.
Ability to work independently with little supervision.
Self-motivated, positive outlook and flexibility.
High commitment to excellence and customer service.
