Family Health Centers of San Diego (FHCSD) is looking for a Family Health Centers of San Diego is looking for a Analyst, Business Planning and Operational Excellence to support the organization in identifying, analyzing, and providing recommendations on relevant opportunities for new business development, process improvement, and patient engagement. The Analyst will be adept at leveraging data to find innovative solutions to support the financial, operational, and strategic goals of the organization.

Responsibilities:

* Support and lead cross-functional efforts to support business development and outreach opportunities
* Identify and Analyze relevant data to support outcomes-based initiatives
* Leverage PowerBI dashboards and data elements to present relevant metrics/reports for cross-departmental teams
* Work within and across multiple departments and divisions to support process improvement initiatives including but not limited to metrics development and tracking, analytics, and project management
* Experience with complex healthcare organizations and systems
* Evaluate, analyze, and present analysis to support organizational requirements from varying sources including internal and external stakeholders
* Responsible for on-time, innovative and high-quality work output and projects.
* Ensure integrity of data and reporting methodologies.
* Liaison between numerous departments including IT, Finance, Operations, Leadership
* Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration Computer Science or Engineering, Masters in Healthcare or Business Administration preferred.
* 5 years experience with data analytics and business intelligence report generation, including dashboards, required.
* 3 years of Healthcare Experience.
* Experience with quantitative analysis, data collection methodologies and design, analysis of data integrity preferred.
* Intermediate project management skills, including ability to plan projects, forecast time required, organize internal and external resources, and ensure project meets deadlines.
* Proven ability to analyze and interpret data in the context of organizational needs.
