Our Systems Analyst will join our applications team and play a key role in support of our business applications portfolio. The ideal candidate will be self-driven, able to quickly learn new products, enjoys working with internal customers to resolve issues, and execute project initiatives.

Responsibilities

* Administration and support of production applications.
* Provide end user assistance and training.
* Provide project support for new system implementations, requirements gathering, system configurations.
* Creating reference materials and documentation.
* Collaborate with team members on application issue tracking and escalations.
* Prepare and maintain technical documentation of systems, and software integrations.
* Identify potential areas of improvements in existing processes and systems
* Assist with patch requirements, and version updates.

Knowledge & Skills

* Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, or related field preferred.
* 3+ years of relevant work experience supporting business applications, construction experience desirable.
* Experience administering SaaS applications, preferably in one or more of the following systems: HRIS (UKG/Ultipro), LMS (Cornerstone), CRM (Cosential), or ERP (CMiC).
* Experience translating business needs into technical requirements.
* Technical troubleshooting capabilities, analytical and general problem-solving skills.
* Familiarity with reporting tools, basic SQL knowledge.
* Excellent verbal and written documentation skills.
* Excellent customer service skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.
* Ability to work independently, set priorities, meet goals and deadlines.
* Driven to learn and support new applications and technology.
