We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Process Analyst to join our Strategic Supplier Management group, located in Poway, CA.
This position reports to Strategic Supplier Management and is responsible for developing supply chain business solutions and processes to improve and measure supply chain performance using various processing systems and technologies. The individual will be responsible for the design and implementation of easy to use enterprise applications using standard platforms and data architectures for web applications (.NET, K2, SharePoint, SQL, Oracle) and provide the technical leadership to implement effective solutions to achieve supply chain business goals while providing an outstanding customer/user experience. The position will define, develop, and implement supply chain business requirements and use cases for technology developments, determine system and output requirements, input data acquisition, system techniques and controls. Under limited direction, the individual will exercise considerable judgment within broadly defined practices and precedents to contribute to the development of new concepts, techniques, and standards to ensure activities meet overall objectives. Responds to inquiries, identifies issues, and guides the development of innovative solutions to complex and diverse opportunities concerning a variety of supply chain metrics and performance dashboards, some of which contain confidential and sensitive information, which require tact and discretion in handling. Makes internal and external presentations; represents the organization as the primary point of contact. Provides direction to support staff and less experienced professional staff.

Job Qualifications:
- Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, preferably in Computer or Information Science, and ten or more years' experience as a data and reporting designer/developer. Highly desirable to have experience and working knowledge of SAP, Business Intelligence/Objects, WebIntelligence, SharePoint, Power BI, K2 Workflow Designer, Microsoft SQL Server, .NET, Telerik, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Python and/or R, and thorough knowledge of data mining principles and techniques. May substitute equivalent experience in lieu of education. Preference is to have some working knowledge of supply chain processes and concepts, and an understanding of supply chain industry practices, techniques, and standards. Must be customer focused and possess: (1) the ability to develop and implement solutions to a variety of problems of diverse scope and complexity; (2) excellent verbal and written communications; and presentations skills to accurately document and report findings to a variety of audiences; (3) excellent interpersonal skills to influence and guide employees, managers, customers and other external parties; (4) the ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information; (5) strong computer skills; and, (6) the ability to multitask and lead multiple projects and/or development efforts simultaneously. Ability to work independently or lead in a team environment is essential as is the ability to work extended hours and travel as required.
