Position Summary:
As a Business Systems Analyst, you will be a key member of the Oracle ERP Systems team responsible for providing overall Order to Cash, CRM, Procure to Pay, TCA Architecture support. The analyst will be responsible to design and provide hands-on development of enterprise integrations. In this role, you'll leverage your knowledge of Oracle EBS and be instrumental in the successful implementation of Projects.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Broad understanding of Oracle ERP processes across Order to Cash and Procure to pay, with an understanding of data models and API's.
• Design and provide hands-on development of enterprise integrations, leveraging API frameworks Work closely with internal and external partners to gather requirements and design complex business application and data integration solutions.
• Translate business processes and requirements into technical integration requirements and designs.
• Guide the junior analysts and offshore teams on business solutions
• Have existing ERP Techno-Functional experience (Oracle ERP) and extensive knowledge around SCM, finance, and system integrations.
• Have extensive knowledge in Trading Community Architecture (TCA) and related API's Over all need 8+ Years of experience in Oracle EBS. Day-to-Day Work Examples.
• Provide postproduction support in Order to Cash Modules.
• Hands on ownership of system design, system configurations and testing of Order to Cash Modules.
• Assist with day-to-day project activities and tasks including administrative support areas, creating documentation, and helping other team members as needed.
• Provide support for Order Management and Advanced pricing systems in place. Create customization specifications when required.
• Perform system configuration using standard out of the box Oracle functionality. Perform extensive system testing using an expert level of knowledge of the system.
• Develop functional level training materials to be used by end users.
• Coordinate project events such as status meetings, training sessions, testing sessions, and IT communication sessions, alongside helping with documentation and communication areas pertaining to above events.
• Conduct end user training sessions. Perform various other project tasks as assigned.
• Work with technical team members on system customizations Hands on experience in following the iterative and agile SDLC.

Required Qualifications:

• Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline, and a minimum of 8-12 years related experience or Master's degree and 5-7 years equivalent industry experience or a PhD and 2-4 years of experience.
• 5+ year's experience as Techno Functional in Oracle EBS R12.2 Order to Cash and Procure to Pay, CRM TCA Architecture
• 3+ experience of Oracle EBS Advance Pricing, AR Modules.
• Excellent communication Skills
• Zeal to take new challenges and take ownership on the assigned components
• Must have Real-Time Integration experience with ERP systems
• Work through SDLC lifecycle to deliver the components/projects
• Work in Agile methodology and participate in Sprint planning, grooming, scrum calls.
• Experience with ORDS, ISG (Integrated SOA Gateway) is a plus
• Nice to have knowledge on systems like Salesforce, OSC, Kafka, etc.
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Must work well with leaders on other technical and non-technical teams.

Functional Description: Technical Individual Contributors

Analyzes complex business problems to be solved with automated systems. Identifies gaps and provides technical expertise in business requirements for system functional specifications and scales new and current systems, processes and procedures in a cost effective manner. Configures system settings and options; plans and executes unit, integration and acceptance testing to meet business requirements. Designs details of automated systems. May provide consultation to users in the area of automated systems. May lead cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues.

Functional/Business Knowledge:

• Possesses advanced knowledge of technical principles and theories. Recommends solutions in support of functional objectives tied to overall company objectives and strategies.

Scope:

• Demonstrates significant technical expertise, collaboration with others and independent thought. Anticipates potential complex problems requiring an in-depth evaluation. Demonstrates strategic thinking and commercial/industry understanding in functional projects.

Judgement:

• Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
• Determines methods and procedures on new assignments and may coordinate activities of other colleagues.

Workplace Type:

• The Workplace Type for this role is Flex. Based on the nature of your position you will be working onsite approximately 2-3 days per week from collaborative space and hoteling desks at our Dexcom sites. You will need to be located within commuting distance (typically 75 miles/120km) of your assigned Dexcom site
