Job description

Ignite Visibility is looking for a full-time Digital Advertising Coordinator for our Paid Media department to join their fast-growing and fully remote team, based in San Diego. This position is a great opportunity for an individual with Google Ads and or Facebook ads experience to take their skills and career to the next level while working with a talented team, advanced processes, and interesting clients. The Coordinator will be responsible for keyword development, audience setup, ad creative development, testing, and performance analysis across ad networks including Facebook and Google.

Position Responsibilities

  • Research and build targeted keyword and paid social audience segments
  • Create text ad copy and work with designers to create social and display creative
  • Analyze performance analytics; monitor budget pacing and performance trend changes
  • Monitor campaign performance relative to client goals and identify optimization priorities
  • Implement targeting, creative and bidding optimizations to achieve client goals
  • Create and summarize advertising account performance reports
  • Assist in process innovation, documentation, and training resource development

Required Qualifications

  • 3 months to 1-year experience managing Google Ad or Facebook ad campaigns
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong time and task management skills

Desired Qualifications but Not Required:

  • Google Ads Certified
  • Facebook Blueprint Certification
  • Adobe Photoshop and Canva experience
  • Twitter or LinkedIn ads experience
  • Google Analytics Individual Qualification
  • Digital marketing agency experience
  • Client facing experience
