Our company recruits registered nurses and therapy professionals (physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists) for contract assignments ("travel assignments") at healthcare facilities nationwide. Our healthcare recruiters sell the travel healthcare field, close deals with healthcare professionals, and guide healthcare professionals through every step of the hiring process.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals over the phone and internet.
• Pre-screen and evaluate potential candidates to determine if they are qualified for our positions and serious about working with us.
• Submit healthcare professionals to positions at our client's sites.
• Negotiate compensation packages with healthcare professionals to maximize profit and margin.
• Provide a high level of customer service to your current healthcare travelers on assignment.

Qualifications:

Highly energetic, self-motivated, and goal oriented.

Dedication and enthusiasm for sales. Fearless and competitive sales attitude.

Excellent communication skills with strong phone presence. Willingness to make many phone calls.

Ability to articulate and sell an intangible concept/experience.

Proven interpersonal, negotiation, and organizational abilities.

Willingness to hold oneself accountable for achieving high levels of individual and organizational performance.

Personal and Professional Competencies:

Education:

4 Year degree strongly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits:

Compensation includes a base salary and a bonus structure based on performance. During their first year, healthcare recruiters typically earn approximately $70k. Successful healthcare recruiters earn $120k+ per year going forward after their first year of ramp up.

Two weeks PTO for first year, three weeks PTO after first year.

Seven Company-paid holidays.
