Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals over the phone and internet.
  • Pre-screen and evaluate potential candidates to determine if they are qualified for our positions and serious about working with us.
  • Submit healthcare professionals to positions at our client's sites.
  • Negotiate compensation packages with healthcare professionals to maximize profit and margin.
  • Provide a high level of customer service to your current healthcare travelers on assignment.


Qualifications:

  • Highly energetic, self-motivated, and goal oriented.
  • Dedication and enthusiasm for sales. Fearless and competitive sales attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills with strong phone presence. Willingness to make many phone calls.
  • Ability to articulate and sell an intangible concept/experience.
  • Proven interpersonal, negotiation, and organizational abilities.
  • Willingness to hold oneself accountable for achieving high levels of individual and organizational performance.

    4 Year degree strongly preferred.


    Compensation and Benefits:

  • Compensation includes a base salary and a bonus structure based on performance. During their first year, healthcare recruiters typically earn approximately $70k. Successful healthcare recruiters earn $120k+ per year going forward after their first year of ramp up.
