This requisition is for a high-performing Program Financial Planner position within the Strike Division. This person will be responsible for all aspects of Financial Reporting for an entire Program Business Area. The chosen candidate is expected to partner with Program Business Manager in order to ensure financial objectives are thoroughly understood and being achieved. Recurring duties include: weekly Cost of Sales/RWA reporting, bi-weekly Invoicing/Accounts Receivable analysis, and monthly Pre-Close activities. In addition, the planner is also responsible for quarterly Profitability analyses for all Business Area efforts, including compliance with ASC606 Revenue Recognition Standard. This person will help develop the Annual Operating Plan & Long-Range Strategic Planning (AOP & LRSP). Works closely with Business Area Cost & Schedule Analysts, Material Cost Analysts, Global Supply Chain, and Accounting to understand/mitigate potential financial impacts. - Candidate will have strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint). - Must also possess analytical skills with the ability to sort and organize complex datasets into easily read formats, i.e. Charts, graphs, and Cost Reports. - Ability to interface on a regular basis with personnel of varying disciplines (e.g., program management, technical, and business management) - Ability to work independently and manage own Statement of Work

Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree and 6 years of related experience in Finance or Cost Management (or related) Or a Master's degree and 4 years of related experience in Finance or Cost Management

- Working knowledge of OneSourceSAP

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint); Excel skills with pivot tables and formulas.

- Active Secret Clearance with latest investigation in the last six years and the ability to obtain program access.

Preferred Qualifications:

- IFAS/Hyperion experience

- EVMS knowledge

- Government contract experience.

- Active Top Secret Clearance with latest investigation in the last six years - Strong analytical and communication skills

Salary Range: 83600 - 125400

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
