Job description

WANTED: A mission driven professional with an active Top Secret Clearance to become our next Senior Requirements Analyst (Systems Engineer) in San Diego. Candidate will support our team within the Navy's PEO C4I, PMW 790 - Shore and Expeditionary Integration Program Office, in the Maritime Operations Center (MOC) Project Office.

C4I systems requirements and systems engineering support to the Navy Fleet Commanders (and their MOCs) around the world. Provide support in developing system specifications per the MOC systems baseline. Provide inputs to MOC requirements documentation and support force capability analysis.

A month in the life of a Requirements Analyst includes:

MOC Future Requirements Capabilities Research (New/Changing Requirements).
Analysis of Fleet MOC C4I systems baseline.
Coordinate with MOC capabilities source Program Offices.
Supporting Fleet MOC Steering Committee's (FMSC) MOC Requirements Working Group.

DOD/DoN C4I Sr Requirements Analyst / System Engineering functions to include:

Translating operational needs / requirements into functional / technical specifications and identifying system capability requirements.
Tracking systems baselines.
Analyze systems requirements and technical data packages.
Conducting technical assessments of developmental capabilities.
Identifying and managing Systems Integration risks.

TRAVEL - nominally 1-2 trips per year to MOCs in CONUS and OCONUS.

Job Requirements

Required Education, Experience, and Clearance:

Bachelors degree - Any BS/BA. Engineering or Science fields is a PLUS.
Systems Requirements Experience - 5 years. DOD/DoN C4I systems requirements experience is a PLUS.
Security Clearance - an active FINAL TOP SECRET is required. (Current TS SCI, or past SCI access is a PLUS).
