Lars Remodeling & Design, an award-winning home remodeling company in San Diego, specializing in residential remodels and new home construction, is seeking a Residential Designer to join our growing team of professionals. This is a full-time, office-based position. No telecommuting.

Candidates will be responsible for, but not limited to the following:

• Work with the project team on conceptual designs, presentations, design development and production
• Coordinate with consultants and regulatory agencies to meet overall project objectives
• Resolve design solutions
• Produce graphic presentations, 3D renderings and construction drawings
• Assist in managing client expectations, team communication and consultant coordination

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+ years of experience in residential design
• Must be a motivated self-starter with the ability to problem solve individually and with the project team
• Proficient on AutoCAD and Revit
• Knowledge of materials, construction techniques and building codes
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
