Our team currently has an opportunity for a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager which can be based in Abbott Park, IL or San Diego, CA.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

In this role you will partner with business clients, understanding the business and their priorities in order to provide proactive recruitment leadership, requisition management and customer service to internal / external candidates. The Senior Talent Acquisition Manager will align recruiting strategies with by assigned business, manage a recruiting team consisting of full-time and contract recruiters and coordinators, partner with Business HR to assess and ensure business needs are achieved while driving recruitment metrics and processes.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOU'LL BRING

Required

* Bachelors degree required
* 10+ years of demonstrated success in managing high volume/high pace recruitment projects
* Proven success in a global matrixed organization
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred

* Previous experience leading a team
* Experience managing senior level and complex recruitment searches
