Customer Service Specialists needed!

Industry: Healthcare.

Location: San Diego CA.

Apex Systems is seeking multiple Customer Service Specialists to assist with inbound calls regarding healthcare records. The ideal candidate will have experience in a call center environment handling high volume calls and will be able to perform research and data entry tasks.

Candidates must have at least 2 years work experience in customer service, call center, administrative or data entry roles.

REQUIREMENTS:

Must have a fantastic work attendance history and must be punctual!

Two professional references will be required.

  • Minimum of 2 years work experience as outlined above.
  • Proficiency in handling inbound calls, math, data entry, typing, spelling and grammar, for which assessments are required.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team-based environment as well as the ability to work independently with a strong initiative.
  • Successful customer service track record.
  • Ability to diagnose, analyze and solve a variety of quantitative and qualitative problems.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
  • Computer experience preferably in a PC windows based environment.
  • Willing to learn new tasks and adapt to new business requirements.
  • Excellent conflict resolution and decision making capabilities.
  • Ability to work productively at multiple tasks.
  • Ability to adapt to change and be flexible in shifting priorities.

Location: Onsite in San Diego for training (no more than 30 days) then may have the option to work from home.

Shift options:
9am-6pm or 10am-7pm or 11am-8pm.
Normal shift is 8-5 but as the business changes the workers may be request to adjust their shift and may be requested to work weekends.
