This role will include the following:
• Collaborate on initiatives to enhance the candidate experience and addvalue to our Talent Acquisition Team.
• Researches, learns, and applies understanding of TA tools, systems, principles, and best practices for end-to-end recruiting lifecycle to identify, source, and hire qualified, diverse candidates.
• Provides best practices in recruiting that align with corporate objectives, workflows, and processes while considering business, industry, legal, and compliance factors to enable TA solutions.
• Working under supervision.
• Taking responsibility for own work and making decisions with limited
impact; impact of decisions is readily apparent; errors made typically only
impact timeline (i.e., require additional time to correct).
• Using verbal and written communication skills to convey information that
may be somewhat complex to others who may have limited knowledge of
the subject in question. May require basic negotiation and influence,
cooperation, tact, and diplomacy, etc.
• Completing tasks with multiple steps that can be performed in various
orders; some planning and prioritization must occur to complete the tasks
effectively; mistakes may result in some rework.

The responsibilities of this role do not include:
• Does not provide supervision to others.
• Does not have financial accountability.

Other Principal duties and responsibilities:
• Applies a good understanding of tools (e.g., LinkedIn, ATS) and strategies to build a small network in order to quickly identify and hire qualified, diverse candidates for multiple workstreams.
• Applies deep knowledge and principles of TA programs, policies, processes, labor law (where applicable), interviewing, compensation, negotiation, and some business and industry factors to compliantly source, recruit, hire, onboard, transfer, and disposition candidates.
• Gathers, integrates, and interprets data and information from TA dashboards, supervisors, and stakeholders.
• Pulls appropriate reports for data-based engagement discussions with hiring managers
• Manages data for small projects with minimal direction and conducts high-quality, advanced analyses to recommend solutions for moderately complex issues.
• Proactively communicates requisition-level hiring status and updates to the hiring manager
• Collaborates and develops effective working relationships with partners within and outside team to accomplish mutual goals.
• Independently applies prior input and guidance from others to make sound, ethical, and timely decisions.
• Completes work (requisition fulfillment, sourcing, etc.) on time with minimal guidance; stays attuned to details across multiple tasks and ensures work is accurate and complete.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Frequently transports equipment up to 5 lbs.
  • Monitors and utilizes computers for more than 6 hours a day.
  • Continuous communication which includes the comprehension of information with colleagues, customers, and vendors both in person and remotely.


Minimum Qualifications

Education:

Bachelors, See the required degree associated with years of work experience

Work Experiences:

2+ years of recruiting experience.

6+ years of recruiting experience. with High School Diploma or equivalent.

4+ years of recruiting experience. with Associate's degree.

Bachelors - Business, Bachelors - Engineering, Bachelors - Humanities, Bachelors - Human Resources, Bachelors - Psychology

Work Experiences:

1+ years of work experience in one or more of the following areas: ATS (i.e., Workday), sourcing, diversity and inclusion, interviewing, compensation, benefits. ,4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in the technology industry.
