The Summer Associate Program is approximately 9 weeks in length and is crafted to give you unmatched exposure to several parts of the investment banking industry. The program is structured to have a balance of work, social events and networking opportunities. You will develop your analytical skills by using various financial techniques, gain hands-on experience, and collaborate with external clients as well as internally across multiple divisions of the Bank.
- A one-day company orientation followed by a week of training
- Ongoing divisional and group-specific training throughout the summer
- A speaker series that will provide insight into the big picture of a global investment bank
- Mentorship from an assigned group mentor, who will help you discover your strengths and advance your career
- Networking opportunities to connect you with individuals across the firm
- A formal review at the mid and end points of the summer. Full-Time Associate offers will be announced after the program to those identified as outstanding performers

Through our group-specific recruitment model, Summer Associates will be hired into one of the groups below and work on a broad array of transactions and deals within that particular product or industry.

- Applicants should be enrolled in a MBA, JD, or equivalent graduate program with at least three years of prior work experience (graduating in December 2022 or May/June 2023)
