Job description

TRC is seeking a qualified individual to support our Agricultural and Multifamily Energy Efficiency programs in PG&E territory of California. Responsibilities include energy efficiency project management - submitting, tracking and updating projects and files in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. Role will also include processing rebate and incentive projects, reaching out to customers and staff to collect and process required paperwork and documentation for project submission. Responsibilities would also include assisting and drafting invoices and forecasting reports. This position requires strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills; and excellent customer care skills.

Key responsibilities could include:

* Project coordination for energy efficiency projects
* CRM updating, tracking and submission
* Invoicing and forecasting, generating, and updating reports
* Processing incentive and rebate checks
* Customer feedback surveys
* Making and developing contacts with existing and potential customers.
* Maintaining up-to-date and accurate project records
* Maintaining program proficiency and consults with prospective customers regarding program participation.

Desired Skills and Experience

Qualifications and Skills

* Bachelors degree in Business Administration or similar field
* 5+ years of administrative or business operations experience
* Experience with utility-sponsored energy efficiency programs is preferred
* Strong customer service skills to include highly effective communication in person, over email, and over the phone.
* Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with program participants and market partners.
* Excellent time management skills including the ability to monitor and manage efficiency project progress while seeking additional opportunities within new or repeat customers.
* Experience utilizing a SalesForce, MS Dynamics CRM or a similar system to effectively track business development activities.
* Proficiency with computer and mobile technology devices.
* Ability read and monitor performance metrics to support program goals.
* Demonstrated experience with field-based activities and ability to effectively work remote.
* Proficient to advanced knowledge of MS Office tools i.e., Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
