The Role: Analyst, Sales & Operations

We're Looking for: a motivated analyst with exceptional interpersonal skills, a "hunter" mindset, and meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Create reports and dashboards that assist the reporting and targeting efforts of the sales function
• Research institutional deployment mandates within the US and globally
• Help improve data integrity by researching and updating opportunities for institutional investors
• Identify key decision-makers within institutional asset allocators
• Collaborate with marketing and distribution partners within the VC ecosystem
• Manage and build account lists from various sources
• Work in a fast-paced, team environment
• Aid in ad hoc sales operations tasks
• Respond to client inquiries

Requirements:

• 1- 3 years of relevant work experience (Investment Banking, Private Equity, Venture Capital)
• Strong analytical skills, including use of Microsoft Office Excel for quantitative analysis
• Ability to complete assignments independently and on a timely basis
• Strong analytical ability and attention to detail
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
