Who you areYou're a licensed real estate professional, who is looking to work directly with senior agents in the daily operation of the team's business. You are motivated by the drive to expand your knowledge in all aspects of commercial real estate, including prospecting for prospective clients, maintaining a high degree of direct client contact, touring spaces and supporting on various day to day brokerage requests.Do you bring the ability to analyze real estate metrics, and interact with clients in a positive and productive manner? This is an opportunity is for you, if you are looking to grow your career in commercial real estate!Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be able to demonstrate core competencies in the following areas

  • Proactively source and manage exclusive relationships with clientele to a successful conclusion.
  • Initiate and develop strategic market positioning and business development plan for office tenants based upon extensive market research.
  • Meet with clients and sales personnel and accompany or lead personnel to property sites in a professional and organized manner.
  • Develop market expertise through site tours, stacking plans and comparable transaction research
  • Draft and negotiate Term Sheets for real estate transactions.
  • Review and negotiate lease and purchase agreements.
  • Perform financial analysis and valuation of leasing projects utilizing Microsoft Excel and other real estate modeling programs.
  • Prepare lease abstracts for clientele deliverables.
  • Assist in the management of Occupier Services Bay Area team databases.
  • Develop and produce market research reports, market snapshots, market overviews, topic specific research, customized economic, market, and area overviews, and site level specifics.
  • Collaborate with team members both at local, national and international levels.
  • Research and evaluate new technology platforms to create efficiency and best practices within the team.
RequirementsThe successful candidate will possess the following required degrees, certificates or competencies
  • Must hold, or actively be working towards, a valid and active California Department of Real License as a Broker or Salesperson.
  • Education - College graduate with emphasis in business, finance/accounting or real estate.
  • 2-3 years of applicable professional experience.

  • Strong sales/marketing skills.
  • Capability to take a project from start to finish and collaborate with others.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task and work under pressure to meet critical deadlines within a team setting.

Compensation and Benefits
