Responsibilities

• Lead process discovery by consulting and leading discussions with business teams, process owners, and stakeholders to understand and capture information.
• Build and maintain business processes documentation using standard modelling methodology and tools.
• Ensure the quality, completeness and maturity of the Enterprise's business process documentation and associated key metadata to enable data-driven business decisions.
• Conduct process research, technologies, data dictionaries, analyze information and identify process optimization change.
• Provide process change impact analysis and get buy-in for process optimization or new process implementation initiatives.
• Work with technical team and onshore/offshore Professional Services delivery teams to identify solutions and implement technology in support of process change.
• Lead and collaborate with users, stakeholders, process owners, and peers to support organizational change and successful adoption.
• Deliver training to users, business teams, process owners, and stakeholders on new or changes in existing processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Minimum of 5+ years of related experience in retail business process modelling and process mapping.
• 4+ years' experience in technical support or implementation role (ERP, CRM, QTC, Billing, PLM, 3PL) Or 6+ years' experience in business/functional role (CPQ/CLM/Revenue Operations/Billing/Supply Chain).
• Demonstrated experience leading business process improvement, including requirements/process analysis, conceptual and detailed design, configuration, testing, training, change management, and support.
• Working knowledge of database schemas, query, and reporting tools is desirable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Visio experience a plus).
• Experience as a team member of successful software project implementations related to CPQ, Quote-to-Cash, Contract Management (CLM), Billing, ERP or Salesforce, Ecommerce or Magento, Data Analytics (DOMO or Tableau) and/or SaaS systems.
• Strong analytical acumen and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with cross-functional teams.
• Superior proficiency in written and verbal communication, including the ability to explain complex concepts in clear, concise terms.
• Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group - executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
• Experience working directly with functional and technical resources.
• Experience in the capacity of a Business Analyst and Solution Architect in a consulting or professional services organization.
