Job Description

We are looking for a Manager to join our Business Development team in managing and growing LinkedIn's largest & most strategic Platform partnerships. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact across all of LinkedIn's business lines for the largest & most influential Enterprise software and Technology platforms partners in the world on all key aspects of partnership and relationship management. This work includes, but is not limited to: identifying and working with the applicable cross-functional teams to execute new strategic partnerships; managing and growing existing integrations, and drafting and steering the strategy for long term relationship development.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner manage, program manage, and grow existing relationships, integrations, and partnerships with LinkedIn's largest Enterprise software partners
  • Work closely with internal cross-functional leaders in product, legal, engineering, marketing, PR and more to understand & communicate company updates & escalations
  • Identify, negotiate, execute and communicate new partnership opportunities internally and externally
  • Draft the strategy for & lead the execution of holistically developing LinkedIn's relationship with these partners
  • Manage the process for and approach to tracking impact across this set of partners
Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
  • 6+ years of work experience in a partner management or business development role
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience managing large, complex, strategic partner relationships
  • Experience launching and managing major business initiatives involving partners
  • Experience with Platform partnerships
  • Experience with project management
  • Ability to work closely with Engineering teams as a thought partner in the design of new products and integrations
  • Adept at navigating matrixed organizations across many levels & domains
  • Ability to develop and drive strategy for growing and optimizing partner programs
  • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively across multiple teams
  • Strong written and verbal communication, and strong presentation skills
  • Comfortable working under deadlines and producing key deliverables
  • Ability to structure and conduct quantitative analysis to develop data-driven decisions to grow partnerships, identify new areas of opportunity and demonstrate business impact of our partnerships to internal and external stakeholders.
