We identified common problems in towing management nationwide: long response times at unsafe incident scenes, unaccounted for vehicle damage and property loss, difficulties in tracking vehicles to impound. In response, we built a tow management system that combines leading edge technology with 24/7 support to keep law enforcement, dispatchers, towing companies, and citizens better connected from dispatch through impound to recovery of their vehicle.

Our intelligent tools help dispatch centers and law enforcement with the following by:

-Reducing accident-scene tow truck response times by 2/3rds to an average of 12 minutes

-Streamlining communications by automating the process among law enforcement, dispatchers, and operators while decreasing telephone and radio traffic overall

-Reducing human error with seamless system integration and automated real-time reporting

-Managing local tow service connections for cities, counties, and state departments

-Increasing tow process transparency and the resulting impound process for citizens seeking to reclaim or find their vehicles

Job Description:

AutoReturn is looking for a Business Development Representative who will develop new business opportunities from inbound and marketing-generated leads as well as strategic outreach. She/he will grow the sales pipeline for AutoReturn by engaging with prospects and customers to move them towards closure in the sales process. This is a meaningful position at the top of our sales funnel, so the right person will have a great opportunity to develop and advance their career in sales and marketing while gaining an understanding and appreciation of how AutoReturn's cutting edge solutions solve problems in the towing management space.

About the role:

-Generate demand with prospective and existing customers through strategic calling, emailing, and social selling tools to identify, qualify and nurture opportunities.

-Utilize industry knowledge to research and develop accounts, identify key players, generate interest, and identify compelling events.

-Explain the value of AutoReturn's hosted platform to potential and current customers, as well as senior leadership and decision makers.

-Maintain a sense of urgency and rapid response cadence in following up on all inbound inquiries and marketing campaigns.

-As a team member, be an active participant in and contributor to a highly dynamic, fast growing company environment that will be beneficial from a learning, personal development and career advancement perspective.

About you:

-1-2+ years of experience, coupled with a Bachelor's degree.

-Ability to handle objections and educate prospects in a consultative manner.

-Professional business acumen, strong communication and writing skills, strong presence, and confidence.

-Excellent time management with ability to multitask, prioritize, etc.

-Work experience in a lead generation setting.

-High-caliber cold calling and demand generation ability.

-Experience selling enterprise products/services, especially SaaS, or other technology is a plus.
