Job description

Job Description:

GTS OVERVIEW
At Bank of America, each day brings innovation and opportunity. We are dedicated to turning technology advances into treasury solutions for our clients globally - across all segments and industries. We are looking for highly motivated, self-starters who can advocate for our clients in providing liquidity management, payments and receipts, trade and supply chain finance, FX and commercial card services, by complementing high tech with a personalized touch. Challenge the status quo and influence peers with diverse points of view. Forward thinkers with ability to see what's next in treasury management. The future of treasury management is here at Bank of America. Powered by people. Driven by Technology.

The CashPro Product Manager II will own key GTS product strategies and capabilities - including (but not exclusive to)CashPro Platform for the Private Bank's Family Office service offering. The Family Office structure allows a Private Bank client to employ an 'agent' to manage their diverse financial needs - both personal and business related. As such, this agent would be granted access to CashPro to act on behalf of their Private Bank Family Office client.

To this end, the CashPro Treasury Product Manager will own the end to end strategy for the CashPro Family Office offering including roadmap definition, funding, and delivery. The Product Manager will 1) evaluate client/segment needs relative to functionality available on CashPro today - and what's already scheduled for integration in the future, 2) determine potential revenue streams and build appropriate business cases for expansion, 3) execute on agreed upon product extensions for this market, and 4) provide ongoing product management for future digital offerings and capabilities for the Private Bank Family Office.
In addition to driving the CashPro Family Office strategy, this role will also explore how to best expand CashPro's support of the investment business, whether this be through expansion of existing products such as CashPro Invest (tied to the Mercury Platform) or Global Custody or through some other, yet to be defined, capability.

BEHAVIORAL QUALIFICATIONS
Inclusive and Inspiring: Seeking motivating team players who value collaboration, celebrating shared success and who actively seek and appreciate diverse thoughts and backgrounds
Authentic and Passionate: Seeking highly engaged teammates whose intensity and intentions align and are enthusiastic about the work we are doing for our clients and in our communities
Innovative and Curious: Seeking teammates with out-of-the box ideas and solutions, who embrace change with a future-forward mindset, and are looking to challenge the status quo
Confident and Agile: Seeking strong communicators who value giving and receiving feedback, easily build relationships, and who are quick thinking, flexible, and always learning and sharing knowledge

REQUIRED SKILLS
• Enjoy and thrive in a fast-paced, often changing environment
• Critical thinking/problem solving skills with a track record of successful results
• Flexible work style that embraces diversity across teams and regions
• Creative thinker who can drive success without supervision
• Ability to influence others
• Strong written and verbal communications skills. Comfortable presenting in person or via video. Energized by client engagements and conversations
• Adept with and curious about technology
• Love for all things data - and how data drives business decisions
• Min 8-10 years experience with product management and product strategy development
• Undergraduate degree required. Minimum: BS or BA degree
• Proficiency in standard office tools (esp PowerPoint) and project management systems (JIRA, Confluence a plus)
