We have partnered with a successful private equity firm in San Francisco who is seeking a savvy Executive Assistant/Office Manager with a proactive attitude and the ability to manage constantly shifting priorities. This person will manage the office and provide some support to the team, in addition to managing projects. They are looking for someone who is self-directed and has the ability to manage their time efficiently. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Answer, screen and direct/respond as appropriate to incoming calls
  • Provide administrative support to the investment analyst team: calendar management, setting up meetings / calls, conference registrations, etc.
  • Track and process monthly expense reports
  • Coordinate travel, both domestic and international
  • Work closely with and provide backup support to senior EA
  • Assist with ordering office supplies, snacks, lunch, etc.
  • Oversee communal spaces, ensuring that conference room and kitchen are organized and available
  • Greet guests who walk through the front office doors and assist them as needed, distribute mail and packages
  • Assist with other projects as needed
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
