Job description

Our client is a venture capital firm, seeking an Executive Assistant to help support 2 partners. The ideal candidate will have extensive calendar management experience, high attention to detail, and the ability to work in fast pace environment. This is an ASAP start.


Please note: This role is a hybrid schedule, 2 days in the office.

Responsibilities

  • Calendar management for executives
  • Aid executive in preparing for meetings
  • Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of executives
  • Booking extensive travel
  • Running expenses
  • Draft slides, meeting notes and documents for executives


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills


Compensation, dependent on experience.
