About the Role
The People Success Team is seeking an Executive Recruiting Director to lead recruitment for VP+ role across the organization. You will act as a strategic partner to our executives and other leaders across the business to identify, attract and close top-tier, game changing talent for LendingClub.
We work consultatively with our hiring managers to partner and develop strategies to find a wide range of candidates. What You'll Do
- Own the strategic direction and execution of our executive search function
- Drive a nationwide recruiting strategy including directly owning key searches across all parts of the organization
- Collaborate with the business to identify needs, design a research approach, and hone a successful sales pitch
- Advise leaders and hiring managers on attracting, selecting, onboarding, and retaining top candidates
- Proactively communicate strategy updates and activity to leadership and hiring teams
- Provide an outstanding hiring experience for both internal hiring teams and candidates
- Influence client groups and executives through relationships, expertise and data
- Mentor and guide sourcers/recruiters throughout candidate identification, interviews/evaluation, reference checks, offers/negotiation and close. You also support recruiters to work with hiring teams to define job specifications, leveling, compensation and ensure budgetary support
- Partner with a wide variety of audiences and all levels of an organization, including C-level; collaborate cross-functionally with HRBP, compensation and legal teams
About You
- You have 5+ years experience in full life-cycle recruiting, including executive search; a focus on the technology, financial services or fintech industries a plus
- You have experience crafting and executing talent acquisition-related strategies such as process improvement, strategic sourcing, and driving balanced pipelines.
- You are an expert in all full lifecycle recruiting components including, but not limited to, sourcing, qualifying, networking, wage and salary trends, relationship management, and due diligence
- You have strong partner management capabilities including an ability to provide recommendations and insights to key business leaders
- You have proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands
- You are a patient, communicative, and collaborative teammate
- You are able to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
