Your Impact

We seek a highly collaborative Executive Coordinator to join our Executive Search Talent Acquisition Team. You will be passionate about candidate and hiring manager experience throughout Anaplan's hiring process. You can handle a workload of recruiting-related tasks while collaborating with recruiters and hiring organizations to make sure that we are recruiting outstanding talent with a high degree of customer service and accuracy in data, systems, and communications.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience;
  • 3+ years of experience in a Coordinator, HR, recruiting, or administrative support role;
  • Experience with Recruiting (and related) databases and systems, with Greenhouse, LinkedIn, Docusign, BOX preferred;
  • Proven sense of urgency and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent social skills;
  • Attention to detail and process with the ability to maintain confidentiality;
  • Ability to work effectively and independently while working closely with team members and internal partners in a fast-moving company;
  • Ability to plan, organize and prioritize work in a vibrant environment;
  • Articulate, professional, with strong written and verbal communications skills.
We are open to a remote employee in a location where Anaplan is able to do business.
