Reporting to the Director of Finance, we are looking for a Finance Manager to lead financial modeling, monthly/quarterly reporting, and strategic ad hoc analysis. You will help drive company-wide initiatives and optimize business decisions by delivering insightful metrics, forecast, and operational finance support. This is a unique opportunity to join a small, high-performing Finance team that plays a key role in making recommendations for short and long term decisions that will determine the trajectory of the company. Here are a few of the things you will do: * Planning & Reporting * Own management reporting, including KPI's, dashboards, business trends, and actuals vs plan in order to deliver monthly performance analyses and quarterly rolling forecasts. * Play a leading role in the semi-annual planning process. * Lead initiatives to improve and automate forecasting and reporting tools and processes. * Analysis * Interpret and present key findings directly to and engage with senior leadership across multiple functions. * Create analyses, commentary, and presentation materials for Board and leadership meetings. * Develop financial models to help evaluate and assess new business opportunities and strategic partnerships. * Business Partnering *

  • Partner with cross-functional business teams to provide value-added business insight and decision support. * Serve as a financial resource to internal business partners during the planning process as well as regular financial review of results. * Evangelize a data driven, analytical approach to business issues across a growing company. Here is what is needed: * Strong analytical and modeling skills with an ability to think critically about underlying assumptions and key drivers. * Detail oriented to ensure accuracy and quality of output. * Innately curious and superior problem solving skills. * Organized and capable of independently owning recurring FP&A processes and activities. * Able to collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional partners. * Comfortable operating in an unstructured and fast-paced environment. * Have a strong foundation in financial accounting and management reporting. * Bachelor's degree, MBA a plus. * 3-5 years finance experience in investment banking and/or FP&A at a startup. * Experience in SaaS and/or payments is a plus.
