Finance Manager, $115-130K

$400M HR Technology Company100% Remote

MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

* Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or other relevant field.
* 4+ years of direct experience in FP&A or other Finance and Accounting functions with extensive business partnering support.
* Experience leading and developing the FP&A function in a high-growth and fast-paced environment.
* Quantitative aptitudes and experience in building scalable solutions and processes to solve problems, strengthen internal controls, provide scalability, and increase quality. Must be detail orientated, with ownership and accountability for integrity of reports and accuracy of final work product. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
* Demonstrates thought leadership with proven ability to build and manage relationships with senior partners and collaborate with all levels of the organization. Hands-on leader who is resourceful, ability to be flexible, work independently, and act as a team player with superior attention to detail.
* Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel (i.e., you do not need a mouse).
* Excellent analytical skills and confidence to translate complex data into meaningful insights.
* Highly driven self-starter. Consistent success and career progression with a non-stop drive to continuously improve.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

* FP&A processes, including budgeting, forecasting, performance controlling, management reporting, variance analysis, and scenario modeling.
* Work with Finance and other managers to complete C-Suite and board level reports and materials. Serve as a key business partner to the client delivery organization.
* Structure, build, and maintain complex Microsoft Excel based financial and decision-making models to develop meaningful insights and actionable recommendations.
* Develop dashboards to track key performance indicators and monitor business performance. Architect monthly & quarterly management discussion & analysis (MD&A) to provide management with insights into drivers of revenue risks and opportunities.
* Lead and support the finance team in continuously enhancing the financial infrastructure to support the companys future business requirements. Use systems and develop solutions to streamline reporting and automate internal processes.
* Lead strategic projects and support senior leadership on ad hoc research and analysis to identify opportunities, provide recommendations, and define improvements to drive additional value for PRO.
* Provide expertise and leadership by example and strengthen an already strong department. Position is responsible for working closely within the department and across the organization to set standards of excellence and professionalism.
* Position is hands-on and expected to produce as part of a 1-2 person team.
