About you

To support our growth we're looking for a Global Senior Finance Manager, Strategy & Planning to join our awesome team!

As part of the finance ecosystem, this is a key role in developing and facilitating global alignment on finance objectives and tasks. As part of this process, the task requires working with the Regional Leads to create and align on a framework /process to facilitate the task and it entails a roll-up of their work to ensure consistency across all regions for purposes of submitting the final workings.

As a leader in our finance team and supporting our client business, this role provides an excellent opportunity to drive the development and implementation of processes in a collaborative and innovative environment in a global setting, managing and leading finance processes in multiple time zones, cultures, local regulations and currencies.

Ideally from a PM background, we are looking for a strategic finance leader with a broad range of experience in finance, data analytics, superior strategic insight, and ability to execute.

This position will need to possess strong analytical and critical thinking skills and a clear ability to identify key business trends and issues. This position will also require someone who has the ability to build professional relationships at various levels of the organization and lead senior-level discussions. In addition, the candidate will be a self-starter that is able to work independently to complete specific tasks under tight deadlines within a fast-paced working environment.

This role will be based in North America, location flexible..

The great things you'll do

• Partner with E15 Business Analytics team to develop, use and apply data in the business planning, budgeting, and forecasting work stream
• Act as the main financial lead to review key business cases (and related client budgets) for new site openings developed by regional operators
• Work with the Global Finance Director to decide the strategic direction of Finance and Accounting and articulate strategic priorities
• Collaborate with the Global Leadership team as well as Business Excellence team to analyze the business and financial impacts of strategic program initiatives, conduct impact and ROI analyses to support prioritization of strategic initiatives across key areas of the business (i.e. Procurement, Sustainability, Branded Concepts, Nutrition & Allergens, etc.)
• Develop business cases and/or financial models for new service offerings and expansion of services including taking a financial lead in supporting new business development
• Conduct analysis and derive insight to drive growth and protect margin
• Assist with the preparation of monthly management and Board presentations
• Act as key finance lead partnering with CDL and E15 on digital and analytics strategy and execution

What we look for in the perfect candidate

• 5+ years of experience in Advisory type roles and Financial Planning and Business Decision support with related education and training
• PM background preferred
• CPA / MBA / CFA designation
• Ability to motivate and work collaboratively with business partners, key team members, top management, and client groups on various projects and initiatives
• Ability to handle and manage multiple projects and work streams
• Ability to set and communicate timelines, roles and responsibilities to multiple stakeholders and hold them accountable for deliverables
• Requires communication with multiple team members in various time zones; due to time zone differences, there will be periodic and ad-hoc meetings scheduled for early morning (i.e.: Europe) and late evening (i.e.:Asia/Pacific)
