About The Role:

Rippling is looking for an experienced Full-Cycle Recruiter to join our fast-paced, agile recruiting team. In this role, you will own the recruiting process end to end for all Sales roles in the organization from entry to director level.

What You'll Do:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting process ensuring a positive and seamless candidate experience
• Be responsible for sourcing and developing a candidate pipeline
• Interview candidates, update them throughout the process and negotiate compensation
• Set hiring managers' expectations and develop processes around interviewing
• Brainstorm with hiring managers' to assemble powerful sourcing strategies for each search
• Develop recruitment advertising and employment branding strategies

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of full-cycle sales recruiting experience
• Comfortable managing 10+ requisitions
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity
• Experience in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment
• Willingness to work across all Go-To-Market teams on hiring (Sales, Sales Enablement, Marketing, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience with ATS systems, Greenhouse a plus
