Job description

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition leader to look after our business recruiting teams, which includes our rapidly-scaling go to market functions (marketing, sales and customer support) as well as G+A. We are in the midsts of an incredible scaling journey, and are looking for a leader impassioned by rapid growth, opportunity for impact and strong partnership with the business leaders.

Within your first six months, you will:

  • Build and lead a dynamic team of TA professionals - consisting of recruiters, sourcers, and managers in a way that moves towards predictive, sustainable growth for the business.
  • Partner closely to contribute to key breadths of work (ie: Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in our hiring practices; building distributed workforce) as it relates to the business teams in the North America region.
  • Mentor, coach, guide and influence within the global and regional TA teams.
  • Own a regional, data driven, view of the GtM and G+A organizations and drive influence with the business. You will also look after regional consistency (ie: assessments/interview process) and influence global direction of strategies that support our areas of focus, specifically building a representative, distributed work force.
  • Care. You'll share our values and exhibit them in your actions and communication with colleagues and candidates. You'll want everyone you interact with to leave with an enhanced opinion of Company and the TA organization.

On your first day, we'll expect you to have:

  • Significant recruiting expertise, including leadership experience, within go to market functions
  • Experience partnering closely and influencing senior leadership within the Sales, Marketing or Customer Support functions of an organization
  • Dedication to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion with a passion to advocate for more inclusive approaches to hiring
  • Proven track record of leading teams who successfully executed against a hiring plan, while forming successful relationships with hiring partners in a constantly evolving, face-paced environment
  • Solid analytical skills and ability to work with metrics, numbers, and trends to tell a meaningful story to multiple audiences.
  • High aptitude for coaching, mentoring and developing talent
  • A deep understanding of sourcing technology, market trends, and talent strategy

It's great if you have:

  • Familiarity with our tech stack and programs including Lever, Entelo, Beamery
