HR Specialist

Adyen is looking for an eager HR Generalist that can join the HR Team to further drive the international growth of the company. Our aim as a team is to support with the development, management and retaining of our talented Adyen workforce.

As an HR Generalist you will be part of the Global HR Team based in our San Francisco office with a focus on the day-to-day administrative and operational services for the Global HR Department.

What you'll do:

* Manage strategic relationships with external partners (benefits, tax, compensation)
* Automate and scale our HRIS and other employee-facing vendors (Workday, Sequoia, leave of absence)
* Own US and Canada leave of absence and employee benefits administration (including evaluation of offerings, benefits benchmarking, running open enrollment)
* Manage data and system transfer projects to completion (Workday and payroll projects)
* Identify and recommend continuous improvements to HR operations to drive efficiencies and enhance the employee experience
* Develop and maintain key stakeholder relationships regionally and global

Who you are

* 4+ years experience in an international HR environment
* Experience with a HRIS, preferable Workday
* Experience with US Immigration is a plus
* BA/BS degree
* The ability to work independently or in a team environment.
* Experience working in a fast paced environment
* Able to handle sensitive information, discrete with a high standard of integrity
* Ability to quickly learn new software platforms
* Ability to travel internationally and domestically 2-4 weeks per year
