RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Lead Product Manager, Oracle Accounts Receivable in San Francisco, CA.

Summary:
Product Management is responsible for overseeing the lifecycle, from inception to retirement, of IT products that are delivered to our customer's business associates and consumers. The job family manages the relationship between the company business functions and IT to provide IT product and user experience solutions to meet the needs of the business.

Key Tasks:
* Lead Product Manager serves as a liaison between the business community and the IT organization to provide product and user experience solutions to meet the business needs
* Develops high level business requirements and translates them into functional specifications for the IT organization and manages changes to such specifications
* Prepares requirements, specifications, business process and recommendations
* Uses skills as a seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of industry practices and company policies and procedures
* As a Lead Product Manager, you resolve a wide range of issues in innovative and practical ways
* Strong knowledge of product management best practices, functional design, and application delivery methodology
* Customer focused with high quality standards
* Demonstrates strong interpersonal, business communication and writing skills
* Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors
* Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions
* Lead Product Manager networks with senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertise
* Strong decision-making capabilities will result in meeting schedules and/or functional goals of department/unit
* Frequently interacts with customers, and/or functional peer group IC'S/managers, normally involving matters between department and other functional areas or internal customers

REQUIREMENTS:
* 8+ years of experience as a Product Manager, working within an enterprise company's IT organization
* Experience with projects related to Oracle ERP and accounts receivable; Ideally someone who has implemented an enterprise business to business solution
* Experience working in a complex and technical environment; Experience with Jira, Confluence, etc.
* Strategic thinking and analytical skills - the ability to crystallize a problem and clearly define, analyze, and articulate solutions
* Technical skills - experience writing business requirements for technology teams, partnering on technical requirements, managing technology vendors, and communicating requests in a data-centric way
* Collaborative spirit who can work well with large cross-functional teams
* Excellent written and verbal communicator; Strong business acumen, experience working with stakeholders, negotiation, etc.
* Attention to detail with the tenacity to dig into complex scenarios
