· This Marketing Operations team is passionate about helping marketers deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve results through operational excellence.
· Our goal is to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing programs in support of our Digital Media Enterprise business, which includes Document Cloud and Creative Cloud Enterprise products.
· As Marketing Operations Analyst, Lead Management, you will help refine and execute our Marketing Operations Model and become the expert in our lead management processes.
· We work closely with multiple stakeholders to evolve our go-to-market processes into best-in-class. Success will require a blend of technical know-how, solution design, and a non-stop desire for incremental improvement.
Duties:
· Develop strategies to proactively manage sophisticated lead routing logic across multiple sales teams
· Work with other technical teams to ensure integrations are optimized and data is flowing effectively between multiple systems
· Partner with sales and marketing teams to improve lead conversion rates within multiple stages of the B2B marketing funnel
· Understand end-to-end lead flow processes in order to provide documentation and enablement to colleagues
· Manage multiple components of the marketing tech stack and troubleshoot errors and inefficiencies when necessary
· Own the day-to-day operations of lead flow, lead management, and sales interlock
· Provide phenomenal customer service and support across all interactions. We are a team that strives to go above and beyond.
Requirements:
· Strong background in lead management processes, marketing technology, and sales collaboration
· Experience in marketing automation tools such as Marketo a big plus
· Hand-on experience in LeanData including building, testing, deploying and monitoring FlowBuilders. Certification is desired
· CRM expertise: Experience with building reports and dashboards, managing integrations with marketing automation and/or other tools, and troubleshooting technical issues. Experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics is preferred
· Strong analytical skills: Ability to define, analyze and report on operational metrics across various teams. Experience with Excel, Tableau, and/or PowerBi is preferred
· Strong written and verbal communicator, highly articulate, makes arguments in a compelling manner
· Comfortable working with multiple cross-functional partners
· Ability to summarize and present technical concepts to non-technical audiences
· Experience driving projects from start-to-finish, even when faced with deep complexity and ambiguity
· Bachelor's degree required.
