Job description

Our client, a global investment firm, is seeking a phenomenal Office Manager to lead the day-to-day office operations, procedures, and processes in their San Francisco office. The ideal individual can create a warm and engaging culture within the office.

This role is 5 days in their office in San Francisco.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all daily facility-related functions and operational issues: reception, office supply inventory, business cards, repairs and maintenance of space and furniture, meeting room bookings, travel arrangements, etc.
• Manage all vendor relationships: negotiate pricing and contracts
• Ad-hoc projects as requested
• Support colleagues in the SF office with calendar management, scheduling request, and meeting logistics
• Assist with HR onboarding new employees
• Work with the Managing Director, International & Head of SF office to execute activities and programs to enhance culture initiatives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• At least 5 years of experience in Facilities/Office Services
• Experience coordinating with satellite offices is a PLUS
• Exceptional communication skills: verbal & written
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Flexible and well organized. Comfortable working under pressure and with tight deadlines to produce high-quality work in a timely manner
