Full Job Description:

Personal Trainer:

We are seeking personal trainers, who are ready to motivate, inspire, and coach clients to achieve their fitness goals. Your main responsibilities include consulting with and assessing clients to develop an individualized training plan for them. You will also be instructing them on proper technique, providing constant support and constructive feedback.

We expect trainers to have knowledge of the basic fundamentals of exercise science including basic anatomy, exercise physiology, exercise programming and exercise technique. Candidates will also have the ability to understand each client's individual goals and needs.

Job Requirements:

* CPT or CSCS

* CPR/AED preferred

* Excellent social, verbal and written communication skills

* Impeccable customer service and client focus

* Strong working knowledge of fitness training and exercises

* Enthusiastic and passionate about fitness and health

Group Exercise Instructor:

We are seeking qualified instructors to teach group classes including but not limited to zumba, total body conditioning, self defense, boxing conditioning, interval training, HIIT, strength training, dance (i.e. hula, etc), yoga, pilates. Your main responsibilities are to offer safe and fun classes for all fitness levels as well as track attendance. We expect instructors to have basic knowledge of exercise science including basic anatomy, exercise physiology, exercise programming and exercise technique. Candidates will also have the ability to keep small or large groups engaged, to be adaptable, be flexible and offer modifications or progressions for individuals.
