Job Title: Security Manager

Environment: Wells Fargo Administrative
Pay Rate: $24.00

General Job Functions: Access control, interior/exterior checks, maintain detailed reports, loss prevention

Shift & Hours: Full Time- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM

JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Responsibilities specific to this client site include, but are not limited to:
Provide excellent customer service to our clients
Observe, survey, and report activities at the assigned site
Respond quickly to critical situations
Reviewing and writing detailed reports
Enforce client procedures, regulations, and standards
Supervise & manage employees at assigned client site
Maintain a healthy, professional relationship with our client(s) at assigned site
Ensure all shifts/sites are covered by qualified security personnel at all times
Conduct inspections and any necessary training of personnel at all client site
Become proficient in all company software systems
Manage weekly schedules at assigned client site

General Security responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Provide excellent customer service to our clients

Ability to read and write detailed reports
Enforce client procedures, regulations, and standards

QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications specific to this client site include, but are not limited to:
A valid California BSIS Guard Card is required, 40 hours of state required training preferred
A Valid Drivers License is required
A minimum 3 years of Supervisory Security, Law Enforcement, or Military experience is required.
High School Education or higher is required
Must have a clean driving record and pass criminal background check and drug testing.
Candidate must be 21 years or older
Strong customer service skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are needed to write reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.
Willing to work flexible hours & days, including holidays and weekends
