Commercial Banking provides financial solutions to businesses with annual sales generally in excess of $5 million. Our business lines are Wells Fargo Commercial Capital, Middle Market Banking, and Treasury Management & Payment Solutions.

This role will support the newly formed Product Management Services group within Product Management and Development. It is a shared services group supporting all of Product Management and Development, and houses centralized key activities for efficiency and consistency. The role of the Performance and Efficiency Lead is to bring together a singular view of the performance and health of the entire Treasury product set, to include financials, customer usage, customer experience, initiatives and risk framework execution. In addition to monitoring performance and bringing insights to the broader leadership team, this role will also actively seek out and monitor efficiency related initiatives. The candidate will identify single thread opportunities as well as functional opportunities and work with stakeholders to prioritize and execute. This role will provide objective insights for opportunities across the product set and related processes, that will inform and influence various PM&D strategies.

They are accountable for execution of all applicable risk programs (Credit, Market, Financial Crimes, Operational, Regulatory Compliance), which includes effectively following and adhering to applicable Wells Fargo policies and procedures, appropriately fulfilling risk and compliance obligations, timely and effective escalation and remediation of issues, and making sound risk decisions. There is emphasis on proactive monitoring, governance, risk identification and escalation, as well as making sound risk decisions commensurate with the business unit's risk appetite and all risk and compliance program requirements
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: project management, implementation, or strategic planning
Other Desired Qualifications
- Experience with financial information, metrics, process improvement, executive reporting
- Treasury Management, product management, detail oriented, analytical, and excellent communication skills.
Job Expectations
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
