Role: Production Developer - Recruiting L&D
Location: Currently Remote - Will report to San Francisco, CA Campus upon RTO
Duration: 12 mo. W2 Contract

Summary: Our client is looking for an experienced Production Developer to join the Recruiting team. They will work with Recruiting Change & Learning to build training content for ILT, VILT and eLearning education solutions to serve our global audiences. The Production Developer will be a vital part of creating content for our new and existing training programs and supporting the team to maintain the content with regular updates.

Responsibilities:
Develop learning solutions, in partnership with Instructional Designer and cross functional teams, to fill the gaps identified by business stakeholders, including (but not limited to):
- Taking designed specifications and further imagine them
- Creative / Video / Animation (Camtasia / Premier / Premier Rush)
- eLearn (Articulate, Adobe Suite / Captivate)
- Google sites / wiki / social media group / collaborative learning environment production
- 1-pagers / job aids

  • Strategically package learning & communications solutions in various, scalable formats to ensure our audiences will receive the most effective learning experiences; take complex topics and develop simple talking points
  • Provide strong visual design guidance to multiple training projects on copywriting, typography, layout and color; give final QA / QC sign off for publishing readiness (e.g., copy editing, captioning)
  • Continually work to ensure all training materials are consistent and up-to-date and in line with systems / process changes and larger training goals and initiatives
  • Manage staging, production, and maintenance of content onto LMS (Cornerstone), knowledge libraries, or other similar surfaces
  • Continuously maintain learning material and knowledge content
  • If needed, collaborate with subject matter experts to develop scalable training content
  • If needed, evaluate and measure effectiveness of learning material
  • If needed, program implementation (i,e., session moderation)


Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Communication Design, Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in educational content development for in-person training and eLearning
  • 5+ years working experience within learning & development or training
  • Demonstrated understanding of requirements to develop learning courses from scratch, through to implementation and post-training assessments
  • Experience designing and leading execution of solutions of modalities including experiential instructor-led training, interactive eLearning, and various content authoring software including Rise, Storyline, and Adapt
  • Experience with visual design in Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint and other software used for developing engaging training experiences
  • Demonstrated experience with learning management systems (LMS), eLearning authoring software, blended learning approaches
  • Demonstrated experience in video and audio asset production using platforms such as Camtasia, Premiere, Vyond, and Audacity
  • Advanced proficiency with standard business applications (Google Suite + Microsoft Suite)
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment
  • Ability to operate independently based on project parameters; ability to independently create or fill in the holes
  • Demonstrated experience consulting and problem solving, especially in a creative production environment
