The Property Marketing Senior Manager leads team in the development and execution of marketing strategies, deliverables and activities associated with helping commercial real estate owners market their existing buildings or buildable land to prospective occupants and developers. This person is not only a master marketer but a proficient project manager with the ability to conceptualize the direction of campaigns and promotional materials independently. The ideal candidate has strong leadership capabilities and demonstrates the adaptability to learn nuances of multiple markets and develop strategy accordingly.

This person will primarily spend their time:

* Mentoring team of property marketers to build marketing plans that align with the goals of building owners and property representatives
* Building marketing plans and managing associated tactics to bring property to market
* Providing art direction to visually express the plan
* Encouraging adoption and usage of JLL best practices for property marketing
* Analyzing results and supporting team initiatives to improve engagement and metrics
* Identifying areas of opportunity for improving process, communicating with stakeholders/clients and improving consistency of deliverables and quality of service

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES

* Provide strategic guidance in the development of property marketing strategies and creative oversight throughout the creative process.
* Make recommendations on enhancements to building/asset branding, positioning, messages, programs and technology
* Act as centralized subject matter expert on property marketing strategy, disseminating information about process, technology adoption and KPIs
* Manage and coach a team of property marketers encouraging innovation and the use of proven best practices.
* Develop consistent messaging and deploy variations on messaging by communication medium
* Create, implement and track marketing plans and budgets for top tier listings and clients, including objectives, timelines, marketing elements, costs, resources, media buys, etc.
* Ensure consistency of strategic and design deliverables across multiple markets
* Present property marketing strategies, plans and ideas to stakeholders to garner feedback/support and to clients to secure feedback/approval
* Develop creative briefs to engage with Design Hub and partners
* Have understanding of digital channels and the appropriate strategy of how to engage, inclusive of social (organic and paid), digital advertising, virtual touring and events, and use of the JLL MarTech stack
* Develop client and prospect event strategy and execute events including managing relationships with outside vendors
* Attend pitches to present marketing strategy and partnership to win business
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously with limited direction
* Contribute to team-wide/corporate marketing initiatives that are integral to the company's success
* Act as internal liaison to key areas of the firm to identify marketing needs and ensure follow-up
* Direct the design of deliverables across all relevant mediums - digital and print (e.g. Weebly websites and HTML email), print (e.g. brochures, postcards, flyers, etc.) and events (e.g. invitations, banners, directional signage, etc.).
* Offer support with special projects as needed and as time allows

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's Degree preferred

6-10 years of marketing experience

2-4 years of commercial real estate experience preferred

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

* Experience managing direct reports/team
* Outstanding project management and situational leadership skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Experience translating business needs/challenges into marketing solutions
* Positive, can-do attitude in the face of complication or adversity
* Ability to ignite and build strong interpersonal relationships with individuals at all levels within the organization
* Assertive and deadline oriented
* Comfortable and confident in conducting client presentations
* Creativity and experience working with a design team to develop property brands and a diverse set of marketing collateral
* Commitment to details and sound sense of graphic design
* Ability to work in a team environment and juggle multiple projects simultaneously
* Creative, "big picture" thinker
* Budget management skills
* Strong copywriting skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Suite
* Knowledge of Adobe Suites
* Experience working with marketing automation tools, Eloqua preferred
* Ability to travel approx. 20-25%
