Summary

The Reali Real Estate Agent is a full-time role allowing Real Estate Professionals with a passion for transactions and contracts to hone in on those passions! Our Agents represent listing and buyer clients during negotiations. A true local specialist with deep customer focus, you are instrumental in providing critical local insight, analyzing market dynamics and clearly articulating customer needs that will be utilized to improve the Reali experience.

Responsibilities

-Support customers with the verification process performed directly through the Reali platform

-Review property disclosures and inspections to provide customers with the utmost clear, transparent and insightful executive summary

-Engage and communicate with both buyers and sellers through multiple platform channels (in-app chat, voice and email)

-Advise customers on pricing, market conditions and terms to structure a winning transaction

-Guide the customer through the transaction process from the ratified contract, through removal of contingencies to closing of escrow

Requirements

-Active California Real Estate License a must

-2+ years of real estate experience within the specified regions (San Mateo, Palo Alto, Mountain View, Sunnyvale, Milpitas, Santa Clara, Cupertino, Saratoga, Campbell, San Jose, Gilroy, Campbell)

-Demonstrated experience negotiating offers and putting together contracts

-Local Real Estate market experience and community knowledge

-Collaborative, self-driven, and team-focused

-Self manager to successfully work independently and remotely

-Strong proficiency in more than one language a strong plus
