About the Role:

Our recruiting team is seeking an ambitious and driven candidate to support the search and placement of highly qualified candidates. This is an entry level position, with an accelerated training program that will teach you the fundamentals of recruiting and expand your professional network with hiring teams across the Bay Area!

Responsibilities

· Searching for candidates using tools like LinkedIn, Indeed and more

· Analyzing candidates resumes in comparison to the required criteria

· Contacting qualified candidates directly to determine interest in job opportunity

· Partnering with the recruiter to schedule consultations with candidates

· Managing candidate flow of active job seekers

· Drafting and editing job postings

· Managing sponsored jobs through the use of an optimization application

· Associated administrative and ad hoc reporting

· Pull leads from resumes to advance to the appropriate recipient
