You Will:

• Be an integral part of a fast-paced recruiting team
• Cultivate and refine company-wide programs and continuously look for opportunities to improve the recruiting function, with a focus on automation and scalability
• Streamline the interview process from end-to-end to ensure that candidates are informed, engaged, and excited about Forward
• Use your passion for technology and automation - you are always exploring new systems solutions for you and your team in pursuit of increased efficiency and effectiveness
• Partner with Forward hiring managers to understand positions and team needs
• Own multiple projects under tight deadlines while working alongside cross-functional teams of physicians, engineers, and operators

You Are:

• Analytical: data and process are your friends, and you are comfortable navigating Google Sheets and Excel documents
• Startup ready: You're someone who's self-motivated and thrives in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
• Process-Oriented: We're growing fast and have lots to build along the way. We're looking for someone who will develop new processes to optimize workflows and make operations more efficient
• Proactive: Take initiative, follow-through, and work with a sense of urgency
• Detail-oriented: you triple-check your work before shipping and have strong written and verbal communication skills
• Fun! You're someone teammates can approach easily and you know how to have fun and celebrate success.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 1-2 years experience in a Recruiting, HR, or coordination role
• B.A. or B.S.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Startup experience
