About the position:

Your responsibilities include:

• Report to Flowmore US Risk Manager.
• Develop, execute, and update risk/compliance procedures and controls for the existing business model and new business models.
• Execute risk review including customer/business partner onboarding and transactions monitoring and communicate with business and customers with appropriate fashion.
• Work with internal team to develop work flow and automate the process as needed.

Skills and qualifications:

• 4-year college degree or above with excellent academic background.
• Self-motivated with the ability to flourish in evolving environments.
• Working experience in Risk Management in a financial company, and fintech or payment or e-wallet risk management is preferred, AML compliance experience is a plus.
• Fluency in Mandarin is preferred but not required.
