Who You Are:
This is a newly created position in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The Senior Manager/Associate Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manufacturing and Ops will partner with business owners to support teams and provide financial leadership, insights, planning, and analysis. This key role will perform financial modeling of manufacturing activities, develop Cost of Goods Sold (COGs) and integrate Finance with Supply Chain in the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) processes. This role is also critical to execute various planning cycles (Budget/Forecast/LRP), understand business drivers, and compile the information into financial plans.
Responsibilities:
- Primary Finance business partner to supported areas, leading finance initiatives throughout the teams
- Develop a robust COGs roadmap, working closely with accounting to understand all drivers of GAAP COGs and translating into a COGs forecasting model
- Develop benchmarks using historical BridgeBio data and comparable to guide forecasting for earlier-stage programs
- Lead the annual planning cycle (including forecasting and long-range planning) for supported areas
- Routinely communicate business, financial, and operational performance trends, presenting historical and forecasted data using appropriate metrics
- Support Accounting in the monthly/quarterly close/accruals process
- Participate in the implementation of MRP and ongoing utilization of the FP&A financial system
- Support new product pre-launch activities by establishing a deep partnership with the Supply Chain Organization and embedding Finance into the S&OP process

Education, Experience & Skills Requirements:
- Minimum 8+ years of relevant finance experience in a highly analytical environment at a global biotech or biopharma company, with Commercial launch experience
- Exceptional ability to partner and influence a team effectively and deliver high-quality results that positively impact the business and improve our financial planning processes
- Knowledge of Finance related business processes and internal controls
- Strong (verbal and written) communicator capable of explaining/presenting complex financial concepts and problems clearly and effectively to all constituents
- Self-starter and problem-solver with a high degree of intellectual curiosity and the ability to establish clear priorities and goals
- Customer service-oriented; able to understand Affiliate requirements and nuances of the BridgeBio operating model to drive systems and processes to fit customer needs
- Strong team player; able to integrate and thrive in a matrix environment
- Proven experience with the use and management of financial planning systems such as Adaptive Insights, NetSuite, SAP, or similar tools
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Finance, business, economics, or related field; MBA is a plus
