Who You Are

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to take on high-impact, new initiatives at HomeLight. You have excellent product design/UX sense and strength in business strategy. You are excited to bring novel products to life in the Real Estate Tech space. You are empathetic to the needs of Real Estate Agents, end consumers, internal users and business partners. You have demonstrated experience leading high-impact products from idea to production.

What You'll Do

You will be responsible for researching and understanding the current landscape of HomeLight Listing Management. You will propose a product strategy that solves Real Estate Agents' most urgent needs and aligns with HomeLight's business goals. You will partner closely with teams across HomeLight's organization, such as Engineering, Design and Operations, to bring your initiatives to life.

What You Bring

• Close to 5+ years of product management experience with a modern software company
• Bringing products from idea through development and into production
• Understanding users and their needs (empathy + user research)
• Conducting primary and secondary research to understand the market
• Defining roadmaps that are compelling (drive business goals), ambitious (challenge our understanding of what's possible) and phased in a smart and achievable way
• Working directly with Designers and Engineers to build product features
• Creating wire-frames and process maps to communicate ideas visually
• Defining KPIs for products, tracking them over time and making product improvements based on analysis
• Soliciting needs and requirements from other teams
• Presenting compelling visions for the future and getting stakeholder buy-in
• Developing robust launch plans that support both internal and external users
